Shopping Online

If you would like to add an item to your bag, simply click the “Add to Cart” button next to it. (Items you put in your cart will not be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.)

If you wish to remove an item from your cart, simply click the delete link next to the item you wish to discard.  To view what is in your cart at any time, click the Shopping Bag link in the page header.

To purchase what you've selected, simply click on the “Checkout Now” link or click on your Shopping Bag and click "e;checkout"e;. Follow the three simple steps to purchase your items.

At this point if you have not shopped with us before, you will need to click on “New Customer” to sign-up for a new account. If you have already registered with us before, simply sign-in using your email address and the password that you created for the account.

International Orders

We accept international orders through International Checkout. Please click on the link below to place your international order.



Once you have followed the link to their site, you will be able to see shipping costs and handling fees before you place your order. Your order will be filled by International Checkout and the items shipped to you by them. You will be billed by International Checkout. All future inquiries about your order should be made to the following email:

Registering

You only need to register on our site if you are making a purchase. By registering you are initiating an account that only you may access. You may access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Only you will have access to this information. If you are signed up on our email list, this does not mean you are registered.

To access your account in the future, click the "e;My Account"e; button in the header of any page and enter the e-mail address and password you created at checkout.  (If you have not been through checkout, but would like to create an account, simply click on my account and follow the steps to create a new account.)


Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added for all orders shipped to Illinois (10.25%).


Credit Cards

Basicboutique.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.


Order Confirmation

Once your order has been placed successfully you will receive an order confirmation.  In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped.  This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. 

Your credit card is not charged until we ship your order. Your card is charged only for the items that we ship to you. Every shipment contains an invoice listing the charges made to your card for that shipment. Items we mark canceled or backordered are not charged to your card.

You may check the status of your order by visiting the “My Account” link at the top of any page.  Once you login to your account using your email address and password, click on the “Order Status” link to view past orders and current orders that you have placed.  Note: tracking number may not be visible.


Sale Items

Sale items can be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY and must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. You will be issued a store credit coupon code to use on your next purchase. Please note this policy does not apply to regular priced merchandise ordered with a discount code. Price adjustments for sale items will be accommodated within 7 business days from the date you receive your merchandise.  


Final Sale Items

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned Final Sale item or items, the package will be returned to you, a Basic Boutique customer service rep will notify you via email, and you will not receive a refund.


Pre-Order Items

Pre-Orders will be held until the pre-ordered merchandise arrives at our store. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Please note that some credit card companies will hold the funds until charged.


Coupon Codes

Discounts and promotions are good on in-stock, nonsale merchandise unless specifically noted. Only one coupon code may be redeemed per order. Coupon codes may not be retroactively applied to orders that have already been processed.
